Once the school opens, we transition to a school management phase with a range of services to help you with classic school related issues including Flexi Education Modeling, accreditation, continuous improvement, and many more.
TESC establishes, manages and develops schools through linking the Project(s) with its Center of Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT), which is responsible for the following:
Once the contract is signed, the project will be linked to the Project Management Office of the (Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, CELT) to run the company's natural cycle and mechanism of project management
TESC will start establishing and developing the school in accordance with the time and financial plan of the project, based on a previous onsite preview and necessary development works, the details of which are fixed in the annex.
The variables shall be submitted by a report after signing the contract and visiting the school prospected site(s).
