Overview

When TESC works with you, we shape and deliver your vision through three key phases, customizing the approach and implementation to best meet your needs. From campus planning, curriculum development, staffing school leaders and teachers, creating effective teaching and learning plans, to professional development and school policy documents, we are ready to help you. Once the school opens, we transition to a school management phase with a range of services to help you with classic school related issues including Flexi Education Modeling, accreditation, continuous improvement, and many more.

Center of Excellence in Learning and Teaching

TESC Project Responsibilities

TESC establishes, manages and develops schools through linking the Project(s) with its Center of Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT), which is responsible for the following:

  • Supply of work mechanisms and study methodology and training
  • Producing and supervising curriculum guides and related activities
  • Design organizational structures and supply task descriptions for all project personnel
  • Determining the requirements and qualifications to be met by the employees, and training in applying them
  • Involve schools in local, regional and international competitions
  • Participate in scientific journals and relevant international organizations
  • Provide and train advanced technical solutions if school owners agree to fund them.
  • Quality assurance by applying work mechanisms, study methodologies and technical solutions
  • Obtain academic accreditation and quality if school owners agree to fund it
  • Provide an external assessment of the students if the owners agree to fund it
  • Conduct external evaluation of management and staff performance
  • Standardized Placement Tests if funding is approved
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance indicators
  • Follow up and issue financial reports
  • Conducting and following up educational studies and researches
  • Follow-up and transfer of international developments and research studies
  • Production, follow-up and implementation of training and professional development plans
  • Develop and follow up the strategic plans for development and improvement

Project Management Office at (CETL)

Once the contract is signed, the project will be linked to the Project Management Office of the (Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, CELT) to run the company's natural cycle and mechanism of project management

Foundation, Establishment and Development Works

TESC will start establishing and developing the school in accordance with the time and financial plan of the project, based on a previous onsite preview and necessary development works, the details of which are fixed in the annex.
The variables shall be submitted by a report after signing the contract and visiting the school prospected site(s).
